Who's Playing

Colorado State @ Hawaii

Current Records: Colorado State 3-7; Hawaii 4-7

What to Know

The Colorado State Rams and the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors will face off in a Mountain West clash at 11 p.m. ET Nov. 20 at Clarence T.C. Ching Complex. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W.'

Colorado State came up short against the Air Force Falcons last week, falling 35-21. No one had a standout game offensively for the Rams, but RB David Bailey led the way with two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, it was all tied up 10-10 at halftime, but Hawaii was not quite the UNLV Rebels' equal in the second half when they met last week. The Rainbow Warriors took a 27-13 hit to the loss column. A silver lining for them was the play of WR Nick Mardner, who caught four passes for one TD and 119 yards. One of the most thrilling moments was Mardner's 79-yard TD reception in the first quarter.

This next game is expected to be close, with Colorado State going off at just a 3-point favorite. Now might not be the best time to take Colorado State against the spread since they've let down bettors for the past four consecutive games.

Colorado State is now 3-7 while the Rainbow Warriors sit at 4-7. Two defensive stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: The Rams are 193rd worst in the nation in passing touchdowns allowed, with 17 on the season. Hawaii has experienced some struggles of their own as they are stumbling into the contest with the 225th most rushing touchdowns allowed in the nation, having given up 22 on the season. It's possible one of these Achilles' heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
